• Weather & Health Guarantee: If bad weather or illness prevents you from going, you can do the tour any other day. You can even contact us to change the tour to a different city!
• Technical Requirements: A fully charged smartphone and an active mobile data connection are required. Important: Please disable any VPN and avoid city Wi-Fi, as these will cause the app to malfunction or disconnect.
• Essential Gear: We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothes and comfortable walking shoes.
• Audio Experience: You can use your phone’s speaker to listen to the tour, but you are also welcome to use headphones if you prefer.
• Download the App: Get the World City Trail app from the App Store or Play Store.
  
  Locate Your Ticket Number: Open your booking confirmation PDF. Your login code will be either a 10-digit number, or start with "BR-" followed by 10 digits, or "VIA-" followed by 10 digits.
  
  Log In: In the app, select "Create" and enter your details. Use the ticket number as your Booking Reference.
  
  Timing: Your code becomes active 24 hours before your selected booking date. You will not be able to log in earlier than this.
  
  Customize Your Walk: Once logged in, you can choose your own start and end points and customize your route based on your location.
