Bosseln in Swabian for groups

The boss teams, each with 4 - 8 throwers, measure themselves in sporting competition. The Bossel ball is thrown as far as possible along the track from the starting point until the first team has reached the finish line. The aim of bossing is to complete a fixed route with as few throws as possible.

Various routes and circuits with a length of 3 — 4 km must be completed.

A handcart filled with goodies invites you to take breaks in the game, during which a hearty sip of “target water” should not be missed.

Routes: Agricultural roads
and forest roads are used as throwing routes. The routes are usually flat, so that a distance of 3 - 4 km can be covered.

Scoring:
Each team receives a scoresheet, on which every point is entered. At the finish line, the current number of throws is used to determine the winner

.

Teams:
Groups of 4 - 8 people are ideal as team strength. The order of the players is recorded on the scoresheet and is maintained throughout the course of the

game.

Game play:
The Bossler tries to get the longest possible distance when throwing the ball. The throw is complete when the bossel ball remains calm on or on the side of the road. The connection is thrown from this point. The team whose ball is back throws first

.
